Orders and Returns

Direct mail orders move through file review, proofing, production, and fulfillment. The process may vary by product type, quantity, personalization, and mailing requirements.

Order review

  • Confirm product format, size, quantity, paper, artwork, mailing timeline, and delivery details before checkout.
  • Review proofs carefully for postcards, flyers, brochures, self-mailers, letters, inserts, booklets, catalogs, and variable-data pieces.
  • Use your account order history to track current and submitted orders.

Changes and cancellations

Contact support as soon as possible if an order needs to change. Once custom print production or mailing preparation begins, changes may be limited.

Returns

Because most catalog items are custom printed, returns are generally handled for production defects, damage, or order issues. Include the order number, product name, photos if available, and a brief description so the support team can review the issue quickly.
